Jill is an Australian trained Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) and Accredited Nutritionist (AN) with the Dietitians Association of Australia.

Jill grew up in Sydney and trained at Wollongong University where she completed a Masters in Nutrition and Dietetics with Distinction in 2006. Since this time she has worked in Hospital, and combined this clinical practice with several private practice clinics in Sydney specialising in weight management and weight loss surgery.

Jill is a Registered Dietitian with the Health Professionals Council of the UK. In 2009 she was offered the opportunity to work in the United Kingdom as a specialist Dietitian in the area of weight loss surgery. She formed a company called Nourishing Advice and assisted people to transition from unhealthy, unhappy, and overweight, to healthy and happy through their pre and post surgical journey.

She is also a qualified Health coach with Health Change Australia and enjoys assisting her clients to optimum health through small but achievable changes. Jill has since worked in the Health Coaching space in both public programs (Get Healthy, Medibank Australia), and in the corporate setting at Executive Health Solutions where she assisted busy executives in managing their health. She enjoyed this space but in 2014 the opportunity arose to become a more permanent fixture in hospital. Jill is currently the consultant clinical dietitian at North Shore Private Hospital and she recently joined the Hunters Hill Hospital Osteoarthritis Management program which assists its clients to avoid surgical intervention where possible.

Jill is passionate about her role as a dietitian to empower people to change their health through medical nutrition therapy. Besides this, she loves a good brunch, her family and friends, good music and an oatmeal cookie. She is also passionate about empowering and supporting groups who cannot otherwise, and raised close to $5000 for World Vision reading kits and education programs in South East Asia in 2015.

Jill has reached 10 years of experience in assisting people to improve their health by making dietary changes and small improvements. You can view a more in depth work history here on Linked In or get in touch there regarding work enquiries.
